How to Start Reaction Time Test?

What is Reaction Time Test
This is a simple tool to measure your reaction time.
The average (median) reaction time is 273
milliseconds, according to the data collected so far.
In addition to measuring your reaction time, this test is
affected by the latency of your computer and monitor.
Using a fast computer and low latency / high
framerate monitor will improve your score.
Scores in this test are faster than the aim trainer test,
because you can react instantly without moving the
cursor.
This is discussed in further detail on the the
statistics page. While an average human reaction
time may fall between 200-250ms, your computer
could be adding 10-50ms on top. Some modern TVs
add as much as 150ms!
Other tools: What’s My GPU?
If you want, you can keep track of your scores, and see
your full history of reaction times.
Just perform at least 5 clicks and then save.
Statistics

Participants’ reaction time is assessed by observing how fast they can tap predetermined screen regions, recorded in milliseconds. It is also established that with this model, users can get an average reaction time of about 273ms. The score is as follows: the more points, the less time your reaction took; the fewer points, the longer it took your reaction.
If your score is less than 273 ms, your reaction speed is considered more than average. However, if it’s higher, more practice may be required to develop the reflexes you need to be an excellent strategic gamer. Remember that the score is somewhat influenced by the latency of your computer. If you click a button, the signal from your mouse goes through the system to be displayed on the screen, adding 10-50 ms to your score. You can try using a high refresh rate monitor and maybe a faster computer, which would help you get a better result. Second, do not attempt to complete the task on a TV because it is likely equipped with a substantial latency of over 100 ms.
How can we improve the reaction time human benchmark?
To improve reaction time, keep yourself calm, relaxed and focused. Below are a few real-time practices that can improve your reaction time:
Practice Regularly
Aim to complete a few tests regularly.
Reduce Distraction
Minimize noise and clear your surroundings.
Keep Eye Focused
Keep contented your eyes with your brain to act quickly.
Use Proper Tool
High-quality Mouse play an important role in quick reaction
